Dryden GM Ice Dogs’ blueliner Cordell Boyko has committed to the ACAC’s Concordia University Thunder for the 2019-20 academic year.
Boyko joined part way through this season and immediately took a leadership role on the bench.
“I would just like to thank first and above all my teammates, they made me feel at home even though I came into the locker room part way through the season. They became a part of my family and accepted me as theirs, I wouldn’t have been able to excel and become not only a better player but a better person as well. The city of Dryden, my teammates and the team personnel pushed me and supported me to be the best I could be and helped me to make it to the ACAC level..”
